The Streets of Enchantment
With this painting, I am striving to take abstraction to a new level. While in Mexico I was enchanted with the charming city of San Miguel De Allende and went on a photo shoot throughout the cobble stoned streets. I tried capturing the colour, light and angles of this heritage city.
This painting depicts an unusually quiet evening in what the locals call “Centro”. You can hear the Parroquia’s bells ringing in the distance and the echo of laughter through the streets.
Original, one of a kind, oil on gallery stretched canvas ready for hanging 20” x 20” - pending sale
